Today, it’s lychee. I chosen these up from Trader Joe’s yesterday.
If you haven’t had a lychee before, it’s a wonderful pitted fruit with a crusty dragon skin-like outer shell.

The fleshy fruit tastes like a cross between a watermelon as well as a peach to me. just peel, plop one in your mouth, as well as spit out the seed.
I might seriously eat these things all the time long…especially when they’re cold.
